If you haven’t been on social media in the last few hours, here’s the skinny: Darla Neugebauer, Maine diner owner, screamed at (and went on a subsequent viral Facebook rant about) a child who had been crying nonstop inside the restaurant she runs.

Neugebauer maintains that the Carsons ordered too many pancakes and should have taken their inconsolable child outside after 30 minutes of consecutive screaming.
